Nothing kills your vibe more than being unhappy with a purchase, and we want our customers to be completely stoked on everything we send.
If you wish to exchange or refund a product, simply send us an email within 14 days of receiving your item including your order number and the reason for exchange/refund.
Items can be returned for a store credit only.
If you would like to change the size, no worries, just send us an email.
There is a 14 day exchange time frame from the date of delivery, items not posted within that 14 day period will not be accepted. As we have limited stock of our items, we can not guarantee the availability of all items for exchange.
Shipment back to our address is to be paid for by the customer and shipping costs are non-refundable. Additional shipping costs may be incurred for the exchange of some items. Items are to be returned unwashed, unworn and in their original condition. We will inspect the item(s) upon delivery for any damage, and the request will either be accepted or denied. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.
All sale & discounted items are final and are not eligible for a refund.
It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking as we are not liable for any packages lost in transit.
We do not cover for the cost of the return shipping.

We are all guilty of impulse purchases - we understand. We can do our best to cancel your order, however we only have a small time-frame to do so. Make sure to get in contact with us ASAP to communicate the issue. We cannot guarantee any cancellations or amendments to order details.
We may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products within your order, and should this occur we will contact you immediately. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any and all loss, expense or damage (either direct or otherwise) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
Duties and Taxes
For any international orders heading outside of Australia, you may be charged duties and taxes depending on your local laws.
All orders will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) - the actual international currency conversion that will be charged via your bank may vary.
The laws of Queensland, Australia govern these terms.
We do not take responsibility for lost parcels (unless we are at fault) - whether the package being sent to the buyer, or back to our warehouse for an exchange/return. However, we will work with you to identify where your parcel may have ended up.
