We want all of our customers to be completely stoked about our products. If your product is faulty or damaged, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Products must be sent back to us for inspection, upon arrival we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. To complete your return or exchange, you must provide proof of purchase in the form of an e-mailed receipt. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. We cannot mark International Orders as a gift to bypass or reduce any customs fees.
Please note that at this time, Rift Supply Co operates from both the US and Australia. Items purchased from the "Limited Edition" sector will be processed and shipped separately to those purchased from the "Store" sector. The reason for this is so we can maintain a wide variety of rad clothing at the cheapest possible price. As a result of this, all refunds will be processed separately depending on where they were purchased. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and offer a free sticker with any Limited Edition purchase.
